First Impressions

Well, I arrived well in Buenos Aires. Had a good flight with 8 hours!! of sleep as I had four seats for my own so even I with 194 cm could lay down. Had some problems getting my luggage but it worked out just fine in the end. The first impressions are really nice, I haven't actually been directly to the city centre yet, but the quarter I live in and also the office are located really nice. It's still sunny, so today we had easily 25°. As pictures can so so much more than words I rather let them speak about the first impressions.

As I arrived only two days ago in Buenos Aires everything is still pretty new to me. Also all the blocks in the area my nice apertment is in still look the same for me. So for the second day in a row I was struggling finding my way home - kind of embarrassing, I know. But today was already much better :-).

I already went to a Tango place yesterday evening. A dancehall were local people just go to dance and some instructors give advices and "one-to-many" lessons to absolute bloody beginners like me and more advanced Tango dancers. Unfortunately or maybe fortunately for me there are no pictures of my first Tango steps. Well the beginning did not seem to difficult, but so far we maybe learned just 10 steps. But it was fun and I definitely wanna go again.

Also the weekend is coming close, so finally time to actually visit the city centre. So there is more to come very soon here. Stay in touch!!!
